Netsona builds on more than two decades of enterprise software and systems integration experience across public and private sector organisations. That background shapes how we approach AI today: not as a standalone product, but as a capability that has to work inside an organisation’s real workflows, data and existing applications.
Our initial capabilities — agentic AI, workflow automation and cloud & integration — reflect that same grounding. Each is designed to connect with what an organisation already runs, rather than ask it to start over.
Why Netsona
Many AI initiatives stop at a demo or a chat interface. Netsona focuses on the harder, more useful problem: getting AI agents and automation to participate safely and usefully in real business processes — with the enterprise data, systems integration and cloud foundation that requires.
We work primarily on Microsoft Azure, and we design systems to fit into an organisation’s existing technology environment rather than replace it wholesale. Workflow Builder, our workflow automation technology, is part of that foundation — and one we are actively investing in as we bring it forward.
